Sincan
Dynamic western hub hosting Wonderland (Harikalar Diyarı), Pet Park, Susuz Lake, the historic Tulip Festival, and Yenikent melons.
Located 27 km west of Ankara, Sincan contains Lake Susuz, an attractive wetland and lakeside recreation area. Thanks to fertile alluvial soil, the district has long been an agricultural and market-gardening hub.
Since 1971, Sincan has proudly celebrated its annual Tulip Festival (Lale Festivali), paying homage to historical Ottoman tulip cultivation. The district also hosts the annual Yenikent Melon Festival.
Sincan is home to Wonderland (Harikalar Diyarı), one of Europe’s largest themed city parks featuring fairytale sculptures and expansive lakes, as well as the popular Sincan Pet Park.
